Service and Owner Information
In order to know what manual or publication you need, you must first identify what type of vehicle or equipment you have. Helm utilizes Make, Model and Year to identify your motorized vehicle. If you do not know this information, it is located on your vehicle registration. For other equipment, model name is required. If you need assistance in determining the model name of your equipment, please contact your local dealer. When you find an item that interests you, click the item number of the item to see its detail page; here you will find more information about the item, including what additional makes, models and years are covered with this publication (as appropriate).

Sales Literature
A wide variety of in-dealership sales literature is available. Helm has organized the sales literature by department, so you can select a specific department from the left-side navigation bar to locate the literature. Also, if you know the item or part number of the literature you need simply enter that item/part number into the search box. Once you've located the literature that interests you, click the item number to see its detail page; here you will find more information about the item and quantities available.

Adding Items to Your Cart
If you want to order an item, indicate the quantity you would like to order, and click the "Add to Cart" button on the left side of the search results page or at the bottom of the Details page. Use the "Continue Shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Cart at any time by clicking the "View Cart" button.

Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item, click the "Remove" button next to the item. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the Cart, click the "Checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

Enter a Shipping Address
Tell us where you would like to ship your order.

Select a Shipping Method
Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. You can estimate total delivery time by adding the shipping time for the method you choose to the availability time of the item in your order plus one business day for Helm order processing.

Enter Credit Card Information and Billing Address
Let us know how you would like to pay for your order. (See Payment Methods) Next, enter your billing information. For your convenience, the information you entered as Shipping Information automatically pre-fills into the Billing Address. If you wish to bill the order to a different address than to where it is being shipped, simply change the information on the Billing Screen.

Review and Submit Your Order
Check the accuracy of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "Complete Order" button to submit your order. Once you place your order, you will be taken to the Purchase Confirmation Screen and if you provided your e-mail address, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message.
