When will my order arrive?
At Helm we are committed to delivering your package to you as it was specified on your order. Here are some rules that will help you better anticipate when your order will arrive at its destination.
If you have already placed an order, you can Check Order Status to find out when it will be delivered.
Order Processing
All orders placed require 1 business day for processing. To calculate when you will receive your order, use the following equation:
1 Business Day for Order to be Processed + Ship Time = Expected Delivery Time
For example, if you select Regular, Standard Shipping, your Ship Time is 7 to 10 business days depending on where you live. This means your Expected Delivery Time will be 1 business day for order processing + 7 to 10 business days for shipping. So you can expect your order to arrive in 8 to 11 business days.

We currently do not ship to APO and FPO addresses from the website. To place an order to be shipped to either an APO or FPO address, please call us toll-free at (800) 782-4356.

Next Day Shipping
Does choosing Next Day Air mean my order will arrive tomorrow?
Not usually. Remember to add in the processing time for your items. If you order three items and select Next Day Air shipping, the items will ship within 24 hours and arrive on the following business day--two business days total.
Note: Please also keep in mind that there is no weekend delivery for Second or Next Day Air.
For Next Day shipping please allow 1 to 2 business days for Ship Time. Second Day Air ship method please allow 2 to 3 business days for Ship Time.
Orders Placed After 5:00 PM EST Friday
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST Friday will not be available for packaging and shipping until the following Monday.
